ROLE DETAILS
My client is seeking a Service Engineering Specialist to join their team, a highly strategic function that plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. This position involves managing the technical relationship with clients, supporting product reliability, and contributing to the ongoing success of complex projects. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering training, solving technical issues, and enabling the full value of advanced additive manufacturing technology.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Build strong technical relationships with clients, managing communication and expectations throughout their journey.
- Deliver product training and daily support to both external clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues effectively and create clear documentation for future reference.
- Provide hands-on support during key phases, especially on-site during installations.
- Contribute to project planning and knowledge sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a Service Engineering role, with a strong client-facing and technical support component
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2/C1 level)
