JOB DETAILS

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the client’s footprint in a greenfield market. Working with a dynamic and passionate sales team, you’ll focus on generating new business and building long-term relationships. Your goal will be to introduce a complex and innovative product to new customers, pioneering change in an emerging market category.

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls first to understand client needs and introduce the company’s solutions.
  • Sales Process Management
  • Qualify leads and opportunities by presenting through demos and use case deep-dives.
  • Build a robust pipeline by creating qualified opportunities.
  • Drive the deal-closing process, securing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align on goals and share best practices.
  • Regularly refine strategies based on feedback and performance reviews.
  • Foster team spirit through collaborative efforts and company events.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

 

  • Strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in pitching complex, technical products.
  • Ability to conduct presentations with confidence and engage audiences at industry events.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for identifying and nurturing opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related topic
  • German language proficiency to communicate effectively with local customers and stakeholders.
