JOB DETAILS
A leading provider of Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) technology is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse and Operations Junior Specialist to join its expanding North American team. Based in the Austin facility, this is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations, internal logistics, and inventory processes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials for use or shipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock information in internal systems
- Coordinating shipments and documentation with logistics partners
- Assisting the Operations team in improving facility workflows and supporting production tasks
- Supporting purchasing follow-ups and supplier coordination
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production support preferred
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and warehouse tools (e.g. barcode scanners, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – High school diploma or technical qualification (e.g. logistics, mechanics, industrial operations)
- Category B driving license required
- Forklift license is a plus
