Field Service Engineer

Role Details

• You install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot our complex industrial 3D printers at our customer.

• Besides, you are also a competent and reliable partner for our clients when you provide system introduction and basic trainings.

• Your area of responsibility doesn't stop with personal contact: You also advise customers and colleagues on the phone to pass on your knowledge.

• Your development in the role will include participation in intensive in-house trainings at our headquarters in Germany.

• You consult and support customers when it comes to service cases and the handling of complicated incidents through escalation management.

Skills Required

• Certification within electrical/mechanical engineering or a similar apprenticeship

• Experience as Field Service Technician for complex industrial machines

• A car driving license

• Willingness to travel within EMEA regions

• Excellent Italian and good English language skills
