ROLE DETAILS

The company has developed its own Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing Robotic system, that with a patented extrusion head, proprietary algorithms and the use of robotic arms, can manufacture advanced components with no limits in scale in industries such as Automotive and Motorsports, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Design and Architecture. We offer our clients a broad range of solutions: from design and concept development, engineering components for AM production, manufacturing prototypes and pre-series with no limit in scale, line production of finished parts, as well as support in internalizing 3D printing technologies, 3D printing training and workshops and more.

• -Diagnostics focused on fault detection on client production site
•  Preventive maintenance on industrial automation systems on client production site
•  Evaluation of components obsolescence and replacement
•  Calibration of electronic measuring instruments
•  Functionality improvement through testing
• Ordinary hands-on maintenance activities on the machine system on client production site
• Apply procedures for requesting intervention for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the machine

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in Field Engineer
• Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office package
•  Basic knowledge of CNC systems
•  Basic knowledge of 3D printing systems
•  Knowledge of the mechanical drawing and CAD systems
•  Knowledge of correct technical terms
•  Willingness to travel frequently to Italy and occasionally to Europe
•  Good English language skills

• Flexibility in adapting to different tasks and to a dynamic working environment
