JOB DETAILS
As Head of Business Development – France, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the French market. This senior role requires building relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful deal closures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering growth targets for new business and organic expansion in France, aligned with the business plan
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop market-driven business development strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers across multiple sectors
- Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities through effective prospecting and negotiation
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and providing market intelligence to inform strategy
- Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and high-value contracts
- Maintaining robust pipeline management and accurate reporting against revenue targets
- Working with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and represent the business at industry events
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in business development within the French market, ideally within telecommunications, technology, or operational property sectors
- Proven track record of delivering sustained growth and exceeding revenue targets
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading full sales cycles, from strategy to negotiation and closure
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to position solutions against competitors
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and accurately forecast outcomes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrable experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors
