They are expanding their presence in the US and seeking a Solution Engineer to help clients automate complex engineering processes, improve efficiency, and implement innovative workflows.

 

JOB DETAILS

 

This is a technical, customer-facing role, working closely with clients to design and deliver automation workflows that integrate CAD, FEA, and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as a local expert for US-based customers, providing training, technical guidance, and workflow development.

 

Typical weekly activities may include:

  • Developing custom workflows for customer projects
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • Participating in customer innovation events and hackathons
  • Collaborating with sales and customer success teams on technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing timely technical support
  • Collecting client feedback to inform product development

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

 

  • Permanent US residency with several years of hands-on experience in computational, automation, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong background in CAD and FEA tools
  • Proficient in scripting (Python, C#)
  • Proven experience in working directly with customers, including technical solution presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Industry experience in sectors such as aerospace or automotive is desirable
  • Experience creating automation workflows for engineering processes is a plus
  • Prior exposure to AI-driven engineering platforms is advantageous
