ROLE DETAILS

We are looking for an experienced Printhead Development Manager to lead a talented team of engineers. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical background in inkjet technology, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE

• Lead the printhead development team, ensuring that daily operations align with project goals and company objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinate efforts across 2 locations to ensure smooth communication and workflow integration.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and supporting their professional growth.
• Manage resources, budgets, and schedules in close coordination with the Program Manager to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Recruit and manage external resources, such as contractors, suppliers, and test services, to meet core business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Drive the strategic planning and implementation of engineering processes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, with a history of successful project delivery.
• In-depth expertise in inkjet design, manufacturing, and application.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and design, including conceptualization and architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build effective relationships across locations.
• Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
