JOB DETAILS
This position is focused on customer success and strategic account management. You will work with enterprise-level clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from the software platform. You will lead onboarding and rollout activities, manage relationships with key engineering stakeholders, and align internal technical resources to meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer retention.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of key account experience in an engineering or technical environment
- Background in enterprise project management or consulting
- Familiarity with digital engineering tools and their application in manufacturing or product development
- Ability to analyze customer metrics and proactively address risks
- Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accounts
- Strong communication skills with English-speaking clients and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of CAx tools and digital engineering environments
- Proficiency in business English for communication with clients and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
