The Job:

  • An experienced sales/business development professional in the dental industry (ideally B2B) who is passionate about technology adoption for dental applications. Developping and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. Identifying new business opportunities through leveraging you and developping into growth.
  • Revenue targets are achieved by:

Establishing and managing partner sales objectives and implementing routine progress reviews.

Analyze monthly territory reporting to identify gaps and opportunities to address.

Initiates clear and consistent communication independently with customers.

Understands a new technology adoption process and leverages resources to accelerate.

Organizing focused courses and training engagements with partners and end users.

Supporting the sales with promotion, advertising, and marketing activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to define joint marketing activities and events with dealers.

Assess customer/market needs and provides valuable input to our innovation process.

Identifies potential for expanding partners; leads business case justification and onboarding process.

Serves as the key contact for partners to raise important issues and problems.

 

Your Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience in dental sales.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate them in formal presentation settings.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of travel required for industry trade and partner events, as well as end-user activities.
