PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

• £30,000 -£40,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Promotional Merchandise Supplier
• Sourcing Premium Branded Merchandise
• Hybrid

ROLE DETAILS

• Order Acknowledgment sent after every order received
• Artwork & Proofing – get artwork to supplier, chase supplier for proof & chase customer for approval. Approved proof saved in shared docs, printed out & filed with job
• Purchase Orders – created & sent to supplier
• Keeping customer informed of job status
• Liaise with Finance Manager regarding pro-forma payments before job goes into production
• Any problems to be reported within 1 hour to Sales contact

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a Sales order processing role
• Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems
• To be self-motivated and driven to achieve various sales KPI’s
• To be willing to learn and with a positive and helpful attitude
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
