 Developer R&D Junior Project Manager

ROLE DETAILS

The company has developed its own Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing Robotic system, that with a patented extrusion head, proprietary algorithms and the use of robotic arms, can manufacture advanced components with no limits in scale in industries such as Automotive and Motorsports, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Design and Architecture. We offer our clients a broad range of solutions: from design and concept development, engineering components for AM production, manufacturing prototypes and pre-series with no limit in scale, line production of finished parts, as well as support in internalizing 3D printing technologies, 3D printing training and workshops and more.

• Lead and support the development of project proposals for regional, national, and international funding opportunities, with a focus on sustainability, materials, and processes.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in project execution, including researchers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines using Gantt charts, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Proactively communicate project updates, challenges, and delays to stakeholders.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and contribute to the production of intellectual property documentation.
• Oversee the creation of information materials, demos, and product presentations in collaboration with marketing, sales, and R&D teams.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in managing projects in innovative and technological fields, preferably within materials and processes research.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure processes and plan activities effectively.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Phd is a plus.
